BAND BIOGRAPHY

“Waitin’ On Sundown” was recently formed by Lehigh Valley musical veterans. After several discussions with fans about the possibility that the Lehigh Valley area could use another “country” band on the scene, Steve Ritter (lead vocals) approached some talented local musicians to join the new band. After a few auditions and a couple of jam sessions , the present line-up was established earlier this year.

The band has created a song list that focuses mainly on the 1990’s country music explosion, featuring material from Brooks & Dunn – the band’s name is, in part, a tribute to this great duo – Toby Keith, Sawyer Brown and many more artists of that era.

When you add in some present day chart hits and a few golden oldies with a fresh twist, you get a show that we think will make you want to get up and dance! Or, just sit back and enjoy the great music – you make the call.

Audience reaction to the shows we’ve had so far has been very favorable, and we’re already working on a schedule of places to play these favorites of ours – and we hope they’re some of yours, too!
